HIV/AIDS Primary Care Program
Both J-CAP clients as well as local community residents who seek out our services receive preventive and educational information about HIV/AIDS and are tested upon consent. If a client is or found to be HIV positive, medical, psychological and case management services are available at J-CAP’s.
The medical and emotional needs of those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS are addressed by a team of experienced medical and nursing staff. A full range of services is offered including:
