J-CAP V.E.T.S. Memorial Day 2010

The psychological and physical stresses suffered during recent and past military conflict and terrorism have caused more and more U.S. Armed Services veterans to abuse alcohol and other drugs.  With this in mind, J-CAP created a service track within their residential drug treatment program and designed it to meet the unique needs of veterans as they relate to substance abuse and mental health issues.
